Dr. Saikia joined V.S. Hospital (batch of 2008) to pursue his M.B.B.S degree and after almost 5 years of hard work and determination, he completed his M.B.B.S with flying colors in 2014. During his internship which was soon to follow, he reaffirmed his fascination for Dermatology. Looking at patients who were suffering from skin diseases and different skin conditions for many years (some even from their childhood) without any permanent cure, he was determined to become the best skin specialist and help all those people who were suffering.
